Turns

• Ages: 8 – adult

Turns technique is an important component in all dancers education and will enhance every dancers dance style. Turn class will break down the turn to it’s basic form such as chaine, pique turns, pirouette to the advanced turn such as fuetes, a la second turns, and multiple pirouettes.

Class will emphasis balance, strength, proper alignment, spotting, correct arm placements. Both ballet and jazz style turns will be taught and the goal so that students will gain high technical proficiency in their turns.

Performance Class

• Ages: 6 yrs. to teen

Providing an opportunity for dancers to improve their performing skills, our performing classes dance at many local events such as Farmer’s Market, Christmas in the Plaza, Children’s Day in the Plaza, Disneyland and much more. Dancers meet once a week to rehearse and work on performance skills.

Teacher approval necessary prior to enrollment.
